Opening it on a Mac

  1. Open the download and drag Hitchpost into Applications.
  2. Open it. If macOS says it can't check the app, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down and click Open Anyway. This happens once, because Hitchpost isn't signed by Apple yet.
  3. Allow Accessibility when asked. That's how Hitchpost tells your apps' windows apart. It never reads your screen or what you type.
  4. Hitchpost lives in the menu bar, top right. ⌃⌥⌘E ends any block, any time.

Opening it on Windows

  1. Open the download. If Windows says it protected your PC, click More info → Run anyway.
  2. Hitchpost lives by the clock, bottom right.
  3. Ctrl+Alt+Win+E ends any block, any time.
